Team Building
Equine centric learning is a positive approach to the enhancement of teamwork and group interaction. It fosters trust, communication, creativity, confidence, problem solving, and leadership skills in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Participants learn by active interaction with horses and other team members. Facilitates discussion of feelings, behaviors and patterns. It is a excellent training technique because horses respond to the energy that is being projected and provide immediate honest feedback.
A typical team building workshop includes, but not limited to:
I. Goals and objective of the session
II. Horse safety demonstration
III. Groundwork Activities with the Horse Individual Exercises – catch, halter and groom a horse
• Developing comfort zones
• Understand energy level
• Builds awareness

V. Final exercise is to discuss the activities, expectations and what was learned.
Safety first, fun always.
